A shocking phone call informs Wawa of the death of her father. Her boyfriend, Michael, later discovers that Wawa's father was a member of the legendary underground rock band, Dictator, which mysteriously disbanded in the late 1990s. As a member of a rock band himself, Michael hopes to cover Dictator's songs for the Battle of Bands competition.
