Ben must prove he is good enough to date cop James' sister. By doing this he goes on a "Ride Along" to show that he is not weak and he will do whatever it takes to get James' approval but along the way runs into a few obstacles that he has to overcome in a very funny way. 唠唠叨叨一整天。绝对值得一看。作为一部商业喜剧片，此片还算不错。至少值三星，不要听那些自以为是影评师的傻x。 影片主角为一个吊儿郎当的警察，他企图破坏他妹妹和一个精神病医生的婚约，想尽办法让妹妹的未婚夫出丑。
