茜茜和我是一部剧情,传记,历史片，根据真人真事改编的《茜茜和我》打破茜茜公主的神圣光环，讲述这位喜怒无常的贵族更不为人知的一面。电影以侍女伊尔玛为第一视角，讲述她和已成为奥地利皇后的茜茜之间的虐恋往事。伊尔玛不但有过虐待狂训练，还对从草药中提取可卡因有独特心得。她和茜茜暧昧多年，构建了一个由女性主导的后宫世界。她也是茜茜被刺杀时唯一陪伴在侧的女仆。
