无生是一部剧情片，影片讲述了一个阿赖耶村的猎人与儿子在山上失散后，一直留守山间等待儿子生还。十七年后沦为乞丐的猎人在山脚下拾到一弃婴，由此串起了一群人的因果轮回，山上的乞丐、药铺的老板、失足的少女、襁褓中的婴儿，他们的命运被某种契机拴在一起，挣扎在极乐中，等待着涅槃，每个人的选择将彼此的命运彻底改变……

It is a story about karma in a small village named Alaya. A widower hunter lost his son while hunting in a wild mountain and decided to stay in the mountain, waiting for his son to come back. Seventeen years later, the hunter picked an abandoned baby in the wild bushes. With efforts to save the baby's life, the hunter was dragged into the intricate connections of the villagers. The seemingly unrelated characters were strung by this baby, unveiling a picture of people living and struggling with their karma in the world.
