明明是我的人生是一部剧情,爱情,音乐片，《明明是我的人生》根据清智英原案、东希有著作的同名小说改编，由制作须藤理彩、安田显、大杉涟出演的电影《小川町小夜曲》的原桂之介担任编剧和导演。知英在片中饰演奥运会候补体操选手，却不幸患了不治之症导致半身不遂的女主，在绝望中彷徨的她遇上了音乐，让她的人生重新发出光彩，她接受现在的自己，向着新的梦想开始新征程。

Mizuho is dedicated and practices hard to realize her ambition to be an elite gymnast, but one day on the mat she finds herself hunched over writhing in excruciating pain. She finds herself in the hospital diagnosed with a spinal cord disease and paralyzed in the lower part of her body. She is bitter and crushed, but soon meets a man with a guitar over his shoulder. Mizuho finds a reason to put aside the anger, bitterness and awkwardness.
