我与尾巴与神乐坂是一部剧情片，该剧改编自多罗泽道的同名漫画，讲述在东京神乐坂开宠物医院的年轻兽医高元寺达也与动物、饲主们心灵交流的温暖故事。 　　高元寺达也医生是个很有人情味的人，不管对动物还是对饲主们都很温柔。他从曾经工作的动物医院辞职后，回到老家，和叫德丸的动物医生一起工作，但是，德丸突然把医院交给达也，然后便不见了踪影。达也虽然困惑，但还是留下来，与可爱的动物展开奇妙之旅。

Following the comic series created in 2012 comes a television serial through which we meet Tatsuya who is a veterinarian. He moves to the Tokumaru veterinary office in Kagurazaka, Tokyo. This is where he grew up and this is where he works now. Without an official notice Tokumaru ups and leaves placing the fate of the animals and the business to Tatsuya's hands. There is nothing to do, but continue to take care of the patients who need attention.
