做饭的男人是一部剧情片，《做饭的男人》是一部讲述在这个满是离婚、不婚、同居不结婚的时代，家庭陷入崩垮危机的中年男女们，为了找回家庭幸福所展开一连串故事的电视剧，由曾拍摄《爱情万万岁》、《百年的遗产》等电视剧的朱成宇导演执导，曾编写《爱情万万岁》、《女王之花》的朴贤珠编剧执笔。

After devoting 35 years of his life to his company, he was now retired. People envied him for the success he achieved in his career. Now he was looking forward to enjoying his retirement years with his wife into old age. But his wife suddenly demands a marriage separation. And his daughter whom he had thought he raised well was now rebelling against him. He worked so hard all his life but why was everything going down the drain at this point of his life? The collapse of the family is a reality that one middle-aged man is trying to reverse.
