超越肉身是一部奇幻片，A very practical man suffering from a disease of the doubt. an unfortunate accident enters him in a coma.

Combining the pains of real life along with some hilarious fantasies to make light of one man's paranoia. After an Interior Designing showroom owner/designer had an accident, 'Raouf' wakes from his coma and begins to suspect everyone around him of trying to frame him in some way or another. His suspensions turn into full blown paranoia and he begins to eye everyone around him as a possible conspirator.
