谋杀之地是一部剧情,悬疑,犯罪片，一个妓女被谋杀，她14岁的女儿Carrie是唯一的目击证人，但是也只是看到凶手的影子，当年未能抓到'真正的'凶手。之后Carrie一直无法摆脱阴影，以致15年后婚礼当天丢下礼服和新郎，坐火车回到家乡去找当年负责此案的警察。 　　本迷你剧共3集，分别以小时候的Carrie，警察，成年后的Carrie即Carol，3个人的视角讲述同一件事情。
