彼岸岛 Deluxe是一部惊悚片，无人生还的“彼岸島”，残留着吸血鬼的传说。这个岛禁断的封印被解开，岛上出现了吸血鬼、邪鬼以及巨大的异样妖怪，岛民迎来了危机状况。明为了寻找失踪的哥哥的笃，和伙伴们一起前往了这座岛。明一行人一起战斗抵抗妖怪……
