云的模样是一部剧情片，讲述渔村少女李玲（黄璐）离乡背井在都市追寻爱情与梦想，某夜的电话铃声告知了母亲（陆弈静）全盲的消息。回到故乡的她接连面对与兄长间的不解和母亲对病情超现实的理解。逐渐感到心灵困惑的她将精神寄託给一位平日乐团表演酒吧的老闆陈桑（吴朋奉），两人间似有若无的暧昧情愫牵引着彼此对自我意识的渴求与心灵的平抚。

When Liling's mother becomes blind, her daughter is lured back to the small island where she came from. By means of language, she tries to connect her mother with the world again. Also in the big city, where she has a strange friendship with an older artist, she becomes more aware of the value of her imagination. This increases the attraction for the inexplicable. Lilling is drawn into mystery.
