侦探布朗神父是一部悬疑片，Father Brown is an eccentric priest who spends his spare time working as an amateur private-eye to capture and reform criminals. When he is outwitted by the sly, international art thief Flambeau, the priest has his work cut out for him and sets a trap.

Father Brown is trying to stop a known theft taking 10 diamonds and showing he is wrong in the eyes of god.
